Bartow fun

Dan coming off a cold and my leg workout made our daily wod into some light cardio. A good 20 min sweat.
Run 1/4
25 pushups
Run 1/4
25 pullups
Run 1/4
25 squats
Run 1/4
25 knees to elbows
Run 1/4

Good sweat and a quick one. Got deadlifts on deck this afternoon.
