This my friends has been the hardest WOD I have done to date. I really pushed myself to finish this. I wanted to quit the burpees so many times but I got it done and felt like I was going to fall out.
The WOD went like this
Three rounds for time of:
20 L-pull-ups
30 Toes to bar
40 Burpees
Run 800 meters
20 L-pull-ups
30 Toes to bar
40 Burpees
Run 800 meters
I sub'd tuck pull-ups for the L's but completed the rest. This WOD really pushed me. The final round of burpees was splits in 5's and 10's. It hurt but I am glad I knocked it out. I finished with a time of 45 mins 30 secs. Not great but still I am happy I finished.
Man we did this workout yesterday. IT SUCKED! I had to modify the L-pullups, Toes to bars and the burpees. It was raining to so we went all hard core and ran in the rain! Good time leaves room for a PR.
