Yesterday's journey into a can of whoop ass...
Yesterdays workout was great. I feel as a truck has hit me this morning. A good sore. Sick isnt it? I managed a time of 23m 36sec and I really am sore all over today. Havent slept that good in awhile.
Ten rounds for time of: 135 pound Deadlift, 15 reps 15 push-ups
