Todays little jewel

Back felt tight as well did Chris's so we went easy today.
100 pushups, 100 pullups, 100 squats, and 100 situps.
I got all but the pullups. Only could get 56 in the 20 min time. Will try for 100's across the board next time.

  1. Uh all these workouts are insane! Coming from me where my cardio was getting out my car and walking into gym! Ya I could bench 500lbs plus but can't do these workouts without feeling like I want to puke! Feels good In a sick and twisted way! Ha
